Helen and Lyla started working together as Senior Probation Officers in Hackney in 1992 and then developed a highly successful job sharing partnership which lasted for ten years including a London wide Risk and MAPPA role in partnership with the Metropolitan Police.

They established Wardell Associates in 2006 drawing on their individual experience in the fields of Probation and Safeguarding and have contributed to practice development in local and National arenas.

Associates are carefully selected and bring a range of professional expertise to meet your requirements. Where appropriate we include current or former service users and colleagues working at grass root level.

Our services are linked with increased staff knowledge, motivation and with improvements in performance.
